I've always been fascinated with drawing smoke and fire; something about the fluidity of it seems the most tangible. It's easy to get lost drawing plumes of smoke rolling over a surface or subject, and there's no real wrong way to depict it. I think the robot theme by now is probably pretty self-explanatory. I also wanted to really limit myself to a set palette, which I believe I accomplished.
